Perhaps that is because we are only using our Conscious Mind to deal with the problem; and along with this go so many resistances, blockages, and refusals to encounter the very thing that we really want to try to understand. We are beaten before we start!

Cognitive Hypnotherapy combines clinical hypnosis with cognitive repatterning techniques and is one of the most successful forms of therapy today for many areas of entrenched behaviour patterns, phobias, and anxiety states. It has been shown to be tremendously effective in a much shorter time frame than traditional psychotherapy methods. Often 5 or 6 sessions are all that is needed. Obviously the overall financial benefits of such a therapy cannot be overlooked, and combined CRT/Hypnotherapy sessions are considerably more affordable than you might expect.
