HOME-FOCUSSED HYPNOTHERAPY IN MARBELLA

Not everyone has the time or the desire to go to a session at a consultancy.  For this reason, HYPNOSIS AT HOME  has been developed.  Your stresses are often in your own environment and you need to learn how to relax within that environment to deal with them effectively.  In addition to your regular sessions, you will be taught a variety of ways to induce self-hypnosis: for 10 minutes on a stressful afternoon, or just before you go to sleep at night, even in the workplace.  Office-based therapy cannot always help you to do that: you feel energised and stress free when you leave the office only to find that your car has been towed away!  

Home-Focussed Therapy makes Headstart Wellness Centre unique on the coast.  The solution can come directly to you in your home or office, or if you are visiting, hotel visits can also be arranged in certain circumstances.
